What is imitation jewellery? +
Imitation jewellery (also called fashion or artificial jewellery) is jewellery made from non-precious metals, alloys, stones, beads or other materials that give a stylish look at an affordable price.
Is your jewellery real gold or diamond? +
No, our products are imitation/fashion jewellery unless clearly mentioned otherwise in the description. They are designed to look rich and trendy without the cost of real gold or diamonds.
Will imitation jewellery fade or lose colour? +
All imitation jewellery may fade over time with exposure to water, sweat, perfumes and air, but with proper care and storage, you can keep it shining for a long time.
How should I take care of my jewellery? +
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, hair sprays, creams and chemicals.
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use.
  • Store pieces separately in zip pouches or boxes.
Is imitation jewellery safe for sensitive skin? +
Most people can wear imitation jewellery without issues, but some may be sensitive to certain metals or plating. If you have highly sensitive skin, we suggest wearing the jewellery for short durations first or consulting your dermatologist.
How do I choose the right size? +

  • For bangles, measure your bangle size or use an existing bangle that fits well.
  • For rings, refer to our ring size guide (if you add one) or use a local jeweller to measure.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

How long will my order take to arrive? +

  • You can exchange only if you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, as per our Shipping & Exchange Policy.
  • We currently do not accept returns for refund for change of mind, size or design preference, unless mentioned otherwise.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +
  • Please record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order ID and proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit as per policy.
Do you offer warranty on jewellery? +
Imitation jewellery does not usually come with a long-term warranty, but if you face any issue within a short period of receiving the order, you can reach out to us, and we will try to help based on the condition and policy.
Are the colours exactly like the photos? +
We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but slight difference may occur due to lighting and phone/computer screen settings.
Can I place a bulk or customised order? +
  • Yes, you can contact us for bulk orders for weddings, events, gifting or reselling, depending on stock and feasibility.
  • For customisation (like certain colour, design style or matching sets), you can share your requirements and we will let you know if it is possible.
